At Primee Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • Wrong item is delivered

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof (image/video) required

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
